Shipping is usually around 7 business days. All of our units are bubble wrapped, palletized and shipped to your home or
business via trucking line. This ensures the safe arrival and handling
of your goods "now that's shipping". We use various companies, so
shipping companies vary based on your location across country or even
the world. If you have any questions, about shipping, please email our

Please notice that some of these units can be very bulky, heavy, and
difficult to unload making it necessary the use of a truck fitted with
a lift gate in case you don't have available either the required
manpower or equipment. The shipping charge you pay doesn't cover this.
It is available on request at the moment you place your order for
additional $130.00
Your
shipment will be insured with the freight company against any loss or
damage without additional cost to you. Damage or loss is rare but it
can happen during transportation, please make sure you inspect your
equipment before you sign for it. Please do not accept any unit with
significant dent and damage
and write down any damages on the truckers bill of lading.

You
are more than welcome to visit and pick up your merchandise at our
Miami warehouse. Please note that while we do not charge shipping for
Local Pick Up ups we do charge a $25 handling and processing fee for
all of our units. You will also need to call us locally to 305-594-9164
to check product
availability and to schedule a pick during normal business hours. |

| Return Policy |
We gladly accept returns as long as they meet the following criteria.
- Goods must be returned in the original sealed and non damaged box in which they were shipped in.
- The buyer must securely pack the merchandise the same way they originally received it
- The buyer must return the goods within 30 days.
- The buyer will pay a 15% restocking fee.
- The buyer must pay S&H back to our warehouse were we will then
inspect the goods and determine that the buyer has completed all of the
return requirements as stated above. |
